  Flowing Hair Half Cent. 1793 C-2. Sharpness of Extremely Fine Reverse rims filed. A very pleasing example of this popular early half cent. A mix of light and dark chocolate brown surfaces with sharp detail. No distracting marks or scratches in the fields or on the devices. On the reverse, the rims have been filed so that they appear to be angled. Regardless of the rim filing, we feel this choice early American half cent should bring strong bidding.

Liberty Cap Half Cent. 1794 C-2a. Rarity-2+. VF-20. Dark chocolate with light surface granularity. There are some light circulation marks and rim ticks, with a larger nick at 1:00 on the reverse rim. Manley Die State 1.0, which is called RARE. Removed from a PCGS holder graded VF-20 (PCGS # 1003) .

Draped Bust Half Cent. 1804. Plain 4, stemless. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown. Full luster radiates over this Draped Bust half cent. Light chocolate brown surfaces with patches of clay red on the obverse. The reverse is a tad better struck than the obverse and has more red brown color left. This variety of the 1804 half cent is relatively common and makes a great mint state example for a U.S. type set (PCGS # 1063) .

There are some tiny handling marks hidden in the hair. Manley Die State 2.0. Removed from a PCGS holder graded MS63 Brown. A C-13 is the most common 1804 but in this condition, it is exceptional.
